Return & Refund Policy

At ChapaSSyahii, every piece is crafted with intention and care. We accept returns only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.

Requests based on colour variation, shade difference, texture, or size preference will not be accepted.

Our Handcraft Promise

Each ChapaSSyahii product is created using traditional handblock printing and handloom techniques. These artisanal processes naturally result in subtle variations that make every product unique.

• Slight variation in colour or shade
• Minor variation in print placement or pattern repeat
• Natural texture variation in handwoven fabrics

These are not defects, but a signature of handcrafted authenticity.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Fabric tear or stitching defect
• Incorrect product delivered
• Significant printing defect not mentioned in product details

Non-Returnable Cases

• Colour or shade variation due to screen display or printing process
• Texture or weave differences inherent to handcrafted products
• Size preference issues
• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Items without original tags
• Kids products, towels, sale items, or final sale pieces

Raising a Request

1. Email us at info@chapassyahii.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include your order number and product images clearly showing the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

Approved returns must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Resolution

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement (subject to availability)
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method

ChapaSSyahii reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
