Where do you ship?
We ship pan-India. We currently do not ship outside India.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Our warehouse is in Gurugram, so Delhi/NCR orders usually arrive sooner.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery as well as prepaid options — credit/debit cards, mobile wallets and net banking. Prepaid orders ship free.
Can you deliver urgently?

How do I track my order?

Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for genuine manufacturing defects — fabric tears, stitching defects, significant printing defects or an incorrect product delivered. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.
Why does my product look slightly different from the photo?
Every ChapaSSyahii piece is handblock printed or handloom woven. Slight variations in shade, print placement and texture are natural to the craft — they make each piece one of a kind and are not considered defects.
Product Care
How should I wash handblock printed cotton?
Wash separately in cold water for the first few washes, use a mild detergent, avoid bleach, and dry in shade to keep colours bright for longer.
